Caviar Dinner at Eve's, Friday, October 24,
The fourth annual "Caviar Dinner" featuring exclusive caviars from Browne Trading Company starts at 6PM, Friday October 24. This multi-course dinner will showcase a variety of caviars including American spoonbill, Calvisius Italian White Sturgeon and Descieta Osetra caviar in a meal paired with select wines and prepared by Jeff Landry, Eve's Executive Chef. Reservations are requird, tickets are $95 per person, including tax and gratuity, and are available by calling (207) 775-9090 (more).
